August 10, 2013 Dream

I only had one long dream last night (or perhaps a really small one before it that I don't remember), but there were many episodes about a boy named Mishchael. I don't really know how to spell it, but it's pronounced Meesh-kuhl. I thought it sounded a little bit like Michael, except with a sh in it, so I just stuck it in there :)

Pretty much, in the beginning of this dream movie, Mishchael, by lucky chance, is taken in by a master of fighting. He's about 12-16 years old with short light brown hair. I can't remember what color of eyes he had, but it was a more muddled color, so not bright green or blue. He has slightly darker brown skin; I'm not sure what his ethnicity is. So I'm not really sure what it means to be the master of fighting, but one thing Mishchael does all the time is practicing with this kind of sword. It's like a wooden sword, in a sense that it's similar to the real deal but doesn't hurt as much and is used for practice. His 'wooden sword' is more flimsy, and I'm not really sure why he's practicing with that, but it helps him somehow (his sensei master was the one who told him to bring it with him at all times).

So throughout the night, I dreamt about many different episodes he went through while training to be a master of fighting. Oh right– his master looks like a typical Asian sensei with the long grey fu manchu, a goatee, and a serious face. He's really powerful (although I don't recall ever seeing him fight in the dream), but he's best known for his wisdom and insight he gives to his 'padawans.'
The reason why the Sensei took in Mishchael was because Mishchael has a special power (that is unrevealed in the dream, but Sensei knows about it, apparently). He wants to teach Mishchael how to use it correctly since that power is unique and could have a huge potential in either helping people or creating destruction.

A pity I can't remember all the episodes. Or really any of them. But one of them happens in my house, in the hallway near the hallway bathroom connecting one hallway to the other. Can't remember what he was doing, but his sensei was nearby, giving him advice, and he was fulfilling some assignment with his flimsy sword thing.

In another episode, Mishchael was in this salon place. Or maybe it wasn't a salon. But it was a largish square room with light purple wallpaper. In ever corner was a 'stand'– kinda like food stands you can see at Sam's Club in America, or like those stands in the night markets in Taiwan :D Either way, there were ladies at the opposite end, selling something (food, jewelry, etc I can't exactly remember). The room was mostly empty other than the four ladies and him, and there weren't any other furniture in the room other than the stands, so it looked pretty empty. I'm not even sure where the door was (if they even had one).

In another episode, Mishchael is with a teenage boy about his age. He's more mature than Mishchael and will eventually be his best friend. They're standing in the corner of my house where the piano is, right at the end of the hallway. I can't remember what he looks like, but he's a little chubbier in size. The other boy suddenly pulls out this needle (that looks like a vaccination needle). Inside of it is his blood (the boys, not Mishchael's). Mishchael runs away from him, stating, "Help! He's trying to kill me!" to whoever might be around (I think Sensei was around). He thought that if the boy injects him with his blood, and that blood gets into his own, he would lose his special power (that even he doesn't know of). But then the other boy states that he wasn't planning on jabbing him with the needle (but he never says why he brought it out in the first place, come to think of it). Mishchael settles down, and they just chat while playing around with their flimsy swords (the fact that the other boy has one as well probably means that he's one of Sensei's apprentices), casually swinging them at one another. At one point, the other boy hits Mishchael's neck with his flimsy sword (but it doesn't do any damage); he comments and says that he'll have to be more careful if even he can manage to take a swing at his neck. He says that he (Mishchael) is the 'chosen one,' so he has to be more wary of his surroundings, and as his best friend, he's trying to help him out. At that moment, Mishchael still didn't understand the power he had within him completely and is kinda just acting on instinct and does what he wants, instead of what he should do— working hard and determining his destiny. But Mishchael just nods and they continue chatting about whatnot.

In the last episode before I woke up, Mishchael and that boy are walking in this plaza-ish place. The other boy is kinda like his guardian in a sense that he, after the episode before, is almost always with him, watching out for him like a best friend. There's a brick piece ground, with interesting shaped blocks of bricks. They're walking on a pathway, and they pass by Sensei, who is watching from the sidelines, saying nothing but merely staring. He's with some other younger people (who may also be his apprentices– but Mishchael is his main and most important one). For some reason, there's a gym teacher there, talking with his students. He's holding this certain type of lock and is explaining how it works. It's pretty simple, with a latch that go go inwards or outwards. The gym teacher explains that if it's inwards, it's locked, and if it's outwards, it's open. There's also another way it can be used (as in not as a lock), but I can't remember its use. The gym teacher says that the same in and out/locked and unlocked feature is the same.

At the very end of the dream, the dream camera zooms to the sensei, whose face suddenly transforms into Lance's face (although slightly blurry, compared to the HD everything else).
