August 17, 2011 Dream

This one is slightly complicated because it involves a lot of video-game references from my past childhood. Unless you absolutely want to, don't read this because you undoubtedly will not understand a thing I say. :)

It began (or as far back I can remember) with Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword. I only know this for sure because it had two characters form it, Eliwood and an old man named Athos. It was in a level that they had to beat the main boss, a bad guy named Nergal, who had a black cape and was sinister looking. Well, it wasn't exactly the chapter. In the real game, I believe the level would be more sinister looking, with a black scenery and everything. but in my dream, the color was sandy-brown. The point of the level was to "Seize throne" as in, I had to beat the boss, who was sitting on the throne. I wasn't actually playing the game. It was as if I was watching someone else play it. I could only see part of the level. There was the throne, with Nergal on top of it. The throne was on the very top of the screen, in the middle of it as well. There is this wall in the screen (sandy-brown colored as well), that blocks off the top third of the screen. It zigzags from the let and right side, downwards, until they reach one area, the small entrance that only one character can stand on.
Anyway, so Athos made the first move. All the characters have a thing called HP. If they get hit/injured by a bad guy, their HP would go down. When their HP bar hits zero, they would have to pull out of the game, and you could never use them anymore. So, Athos moves two spots in front of Nergal and attacks him, doing some damage. Nergal hits back, doing a LOT more damage. Then Athos does doubles and hits him again. Athos has about 15% of his HP to spare, whereas Nergal has maybe 20-30% left.
The person who is playing the game clicks on Eliwood. He first thinks of sending Eliwood to finish off Nergal's HP, but then he decides against it and sends him far away, to keep him out of danger or something, I have no idea. Then he player clicks on another character named Boulder (which is strange, because the character Boulder comes from a different Fire Emblem game, not this one. Oh well...). He moves Bolder to "heal" Athos, or, restore most of his HP.
Nergal's turn. He uses an "elixir" to heal HIS HP bar.
Then this section ended. This is when I got a bit confused. The only way to explain what it was like is to refer to other video games, unfortunately. Well, from Link: the Windmaker, the character Link can become tiny and travel through small logs or tunnels to get to secret areas. It was sort of like that. A character (not one from Fire Emblem, I believe), traveled through a secret tunnel. They started traveling around, looking for SOMEthing that I don't know. Then it becomes like a mix of Pokémon/Fire Emblem. A 'bad guy' pops up. So, the character fights it. There's this battle sequence, which is why I am referring to the two separate video games. The character good guy and bad guy are the same thing, which is like... something... Well, I'll try explaining it. There are these two puffballs on a long stick. They're white and small and powerful. And they look like dandelion puffs with faces. Yup! That's the best I can do! Anyway, so it's look-alike is the same thing, except they're black. I'm referring to Pokémon since they can have two things that look the same as well as in the battle sequence, they're positions were similar to what it looked like in my dream, as in, the good guy would stand in the bottom left corner and the opponent in the top right corner. So, they fought. And yeah, then the dream ended.
It's kinda complicated, so you probably didn't understand it very well... unless you're one of my siblings...
