Happy belated New Years!! First dream of the year ~~
I'm reading a picture book that's in a series about two boys helping out with a drug store. The book ends, but I open the next book (that's not even written yet) to see what happens next. I think my German buddy is also in the dream. I'm at my home then. I can't really remember what she does there, though. I stand in our dining room, looking out towards the lake, my mom walks over to stand next to me. There are flood waters that are rising from the lake and rushing into our front yard. My mom comments about it, saying something like, "The flood waters are here." (I'm getting the term flood waters from her).
